The minimum investment amount is 200BUSD, which means that you can get into the property market for a fraction of the cost of the traditional method.

Our expert investment team meticulously selects properties based on a number of criteria, including capital gains, rental returns and occupancy rates.

rENTAL iNCOME IS dIVIDED BETWEEN INVESTORS

The weekly rental return accumulated by WhiteStone DAO’s property portfolio will be divided between investors based on their ownership stake in the DAO.

cAPITAL GAINS ARE DISTRIBUTED WHEN PROPERTY IS SOLD

When the DAO votes to sell a property from the investment portfolio, any capital gains are divided between investors based on their ownership stake in the DAO.
